Low low low crime mainly teenagers being teenagers. Dog owners are welcome in the community. There are lot of family who have Dogs currently in the neighborhood". The parks are well maintained and the neighbourhoods are safe.

I have every reason to believe that dog owners around here take their dogs to the vet and keep them up to date on their appropriate shots.
